My ninteenth day of flying at Dockweiler and my thirteenth flights on the rental Falcon 2 195. Excellent day. Still had around 10 flights. That puts me at about 190+ flights at the beach. Lowest wind I've ever seen at the beach. Was only about 4mph to 6mph at the start of the day. It dropped to around 2mph and on two launches, I never got off the ground. I whacked the nose twice too, when I did get airborne. I realized that was caused by me trying to stop running and the glider was still going. Because there was no wind (literally 1.8MPH during the whack) I had to run a lot faster on landing. I have to remember run fast and push out and keep the nose up as I land in low wind. Around 3pm the wind picked up and we were at about 7mph to 9mph. Still not much, but it was easier to launch and land smooth.
